"Water Lilies II" was obviously followed by "Water Lilies I". The success following the first painting was so ground breaking to me that I had to create another, and then another. I love how the gouache mixed with water reacted on the canvas was it drips down. You can make each drip as opaque or transparent as you'd like.

If you can imagine, each one of the Lilies pieces is thousands of drips over one another. This style is unique and especially beautiful up close when you can really look into the piece. How does it make you feel?
