“Untitled” was born from a moment of exhilaration and intuition. I’d realized I had one canvas that was unaccounted for so I decided to make a spur-of-the-moment painting. I laid the canvas onto the floor and applied white, yellow, and pink paid directly to the canvas from the tube. I then took some wax paper, applied it to the paint and created a wave-like momentum with the paint, continuing to the center of the canvas. As I went along, I incorporated additional colors and swiftly continued with the process, finishing with an aquamarine blue and a dash of yellow.

The finished product took me around 45 minutes. This process I had never experimented with before and I enjoyed pushing myself and seeing what I could create.
